This is one of my favourite dips to make for parties, braais (barbeques) and picnics. It goes incredibly well with crisps, potato wedges, or as a sauce for baked potatoes and more.
Ingredients
250 ml Sour Cream
2 tbsp Chives (finely chopped)
50 ml Lime Juice (freshly squeezed)
1 tbsp Maple Syrup

Chop up your chives finely and set them aside.

Toss everything together into a small dipping bowl or ramekin and stir together. Place in the fridge and chill until serving time.
